Why a Good Salesperson Should Be a Story Teller
What customers truly care about are their own problems. If you're trying to shoehorn something to solve my problem, then i'm not going to be that interested in it. The power of stories is that they have a different psychological approach. And if it's a genuine story, and, and one of the things that we talk about consistently in in our books, is that you can't, don't fake stuff. You know, don't make it up. It has to be absolutely genuine, absolutely authentic.
