Are You a Finance Director of a Small Business?

I don't think we've solved that problem completely yet, but i certainly believe that this is the journey that gets us to and to be much better at sow from that problem. I right now i'm in charge of finance and legal. So from a finance perspective, making sure that the information that the business puts out is useful for the business and timely so that we can e can make some business critical decisions based off of it. Making sure that, from a legal ar commercial contracts are ar solids. M making sure that,. from again, another legal perspective, we have everything that we should do.
