The Zone One of the Sprint Is a Thousand Wats.
My zone one is toonow, tell me, just so i understand, how long can you hold? Three 75, about an hour. Ok, so that's a 60 minute value for you? Is 60? Yes. My f t p right now, according to both w k o and my own testing, is right around 375 wats. And i have my zone on up to about 260, on a really good day, 270 wats. As a cyclist, as a domestic i can't win a sprint, but i can sit on the front of the field and make everybody suffer.
