The Mind Wandering Allows Us to Practice
The mind wandering allows us to practise we need it. So now, sitting and practising in this way, yo's checking in from time to time to see where your mind is. And if it isn't where you intended it to be, taking a pause, acknowledging where it went, nothing's gone wrong, shepherding it back in. Du nora, and now, in a moment, we're going to do some stretching. You can sit if you wish to do these stretches. They are all possible with sitting.
