i wasn't getting enough protein. i was probably eating like less than a thousand calories a day. Um, and then like feeling bad and like training bad and being sad and coldn figure it out. So of litis petin till you're weeping at the end of the day because you're at such an enormous calory deficit. That's not kind to yourselfe hahaa, i don't no. I ha, ha, haad, i'm getting better. It's like a journey. And p s has actually helped me a lot with my nutrition stuff. ive never felt this way in a, like, january, february, am part of my season
