The body is actually quite sensitive to the stress of resistance training and it doesn't have this threshold that you may expect that becomes very resistant to building more muscle mass. So there has to be some balance between that right? Yeah that's funny because a few years ago basically Burger Fagerly the guy just thought to you about he basically convinced me of the benefits of higher training frequencies based on what you saw in his clients then I started doing this.
