The Importance of Algae in Our Diet

I love using algae. I think it gives a wonderful sort of salty flavour to the food. It also is packed full of nutrients as well. You just rehydrate them and they're always good. Just put them in hot water and you can use that as a kombu or ramen. But because it has, in some cases, a strong taste, like what can be in particular, that can be off-putting for certain people. We need to widen our ideas and what food is as well. And come back to this idea of, you know, what moderation means.
