Using Resistance Bands to Build Muscle

There are several different systems that work to use something besides gravity to push on your muscles. The cheapest and simplest one is resistance bands. And I talk about even ways to use gravity differently in the book, but the system we're using at upgrade labs uses a computer controlling what's basically a winch so that it moves at a predictable rate. We can build muscle three to five times faster when we don't use gravity.
