It's not like you just go from base camp up to the top of everi at the same pace. Ne psyconois us. Acclimatizing and getting used to this new normal so we can ascend to the next new normal. And i just love the analogy, like having to climb down, because that's what it feels like. But really seeing that the diff is normal, and your brain's going to not want to be in the dip, even though it knows it's not mal dea,. That's ok, that your bain doesn't wat to be inThe dips will come for a reason. Just quit and not wrestling with it.
