The Myths of Atkins and Keto Diet
Atkins is probably a prime example of us being more woke that it's not so successful. People will always be like oh I cut carbs and generally they'll mean bread. Every gram of carbs held as glycogen in the body holds three to four grams of water. So that's why when you go on keto or you know low carb diets you do see a reduction in scale weight, which is motivating. And yeah sorry to get distracted but yes it's so carbs definitely carbs being the enemy of kind of weight loss is definitely something that still exists.
