i've always thought that itis awesome to watch people, a, just understand the fact that all this stuff that we're doing is a form of self improvement. And we all, every single person that i've ever met in my life, everyone possesses the ability to get better. You personally, can get yourself prepared for almost anything. If you went from only being able to squat your own body weight and have tons an pain in your knees, to now be able to squat with one forty five pound plate on each side of the bar. It's like shipman. That is some tremendous progress.
