Zoom Meetings

In the very early days of computing, people held meetings anonymously over text. What arose through this process were points of view that never emerged if you had face to face meetings. There was a kind of candour and an ability for junior people to be able to express their views. It's not only ethnic connitive discrimination - there's also age discrimination.
