When you live too much in the future, that's when it creates all of that anxiousness. You cannot cope with something that is only a mind projection. The fact that we can cope in the present, like that was another little one where I'm like, I think I'm hanging onto the monkey bars. Yeah. In a sense that if you really focus on the moment, regardless of how hard things are at times, we're coping.
