I remember when I interned at Cressy's, they had such a great way about it. They did manual, like self myofascial release. There were some manual things that they did, like as the physical therapist would do. It was like a hamstring stretch and the hip flexor stretch. But after your workout, feel free to do these on your own, but we're not doing this shit for you.
