I think that's what kind of draws me into the training process because it's this like continuous day in day out work that has a very unpredictable kind of like spike and trough to it. I recently did a short video on dynamic correspondence which is basically looking at what makes something specific and then how that would lead to to transfer between exercises. It sometimes gets incredibly myopic it just looks at direction of movement look at dynamics of effort types of muscle contraction, rate of force development etc. Keith Keith mentioned it like unstructured play specialization having more general kind of physical literacy beforehand or even during that could have some sort of transfer.
