The Balance of Technique and Fitness for Triathletes

Most of triathletes will work with they're really good yeah aerobically they're very fit. It's not a matter of increasing their aerobic fitness because it's just so strong from the other two sports. For many of them it is technical provided that they're doing three sessions a week in the pool. If you're doing two sessions a week you probably need to really pick it up to three to see some benefit. Four is four is better if you can but minimum sort of three to really get a hopefully see some good improvement.
