The Sefidirical Break Point for Stenotrophomonas
The agency chose not to give the drug a break point because there really weren't enough isolates in the clinical trial. It is very hard, if not impossible, to find steno isolates with MICs, I think higher than 0.5 for Sefidirical. And that comment for Leva Fox is in to not use this combination therapy. That is consistent with the IDSA guidelines. Again, I think you could, I think those are data you can interpret six ways to Sunday as my grandma used to say.
