Ben pakolski has created an amazing programme called the muna muscel intelligence programme. The biggest thing for me that has been, i would say, the most dynamic change over the last year or so, is really working out with intention. There's always kind of been this discussion ike the mind body connection, and that is extremely ant for me. But again, most of the things are coming from muscle intelligence.
