How to Balance Your Mitochondria

I think it's basically a mitochondrial dysfunction. And so that's my goal right now is to make sure that my mitochondria is like robust. So I take supplements and then like the format extressors is the big one for me. Now someone else would probably need something else but it's funny because when we're talking, you mentioned the lifestyle stuff first which most people can relate to. It doesn't matter what your genes are. Exercise is still going to be top five for pretty much like every chronic health condition,. Just because it has the most evidence and it has themost impact.
