Concurrent Training - Is That Optimal for You?
You need high amounts of Lucy and rich food. carbohydrates is a super important factor for both right you need, especially if you're doing concurrent training. People that have better tissue tolerance and people that have higher strength outputs are going to be more economical at those paces. You know this by watching people run in ultra marathons and watch people go up hills. If you get stronger and you have a strength base it's building a base for endurance in a way that you can't get from endurance training.
