Breathing and especially like breath work has been kind of coming more into the mainstream, but still in that there's still very little information. And we're going to get into that. I know there's a ton of good benefits. Like you said in swimming, you can't. And even like my dance practice, I've been doing some break dancing. I realize that a lot of times I'm holding my breath and that just means I can't do the moves I need to do,. et cetera. So, look, I can't wait to get into it. I'm so glad you wrote this book...and hopefully we can go through some breathing techniques for some people
