Are You Maintaining Your Body Weight?
In our study, we did an average weekly deficit of 25 %. So if a subject was eating two thousand calories in their normal life, over the course of a week that subject would be eating 15 hundred calories. But the only way that works when you have that's an average of seven days. And i feel like this approach has so many benefits for people who are either on a diet or off a diet and they're never practising what it's like to eat in a way that maintains your body weight.
