Training Tips for Young Athletes
Younger runners should not compare themselves against more experienced athletes. Getting enough sleep and taking care of yourself are important for a young runner. Don't focus on the specificity of training, which is really ironic for me to say because i preach that a lot for experienced athletes. If you're just hit in the middle of the bell curve on everything, i think that it kind of takes care of itself.
