I think parents model a lot of inappropriate behaviors that we wouldn't want kids to engage in. Children learn it from parents and then they can then act that like even if you're thinking of breaking generational curses, creating new patterns going forward within that as well. I think too, in the family dynamics, you can have a family member who apologizes, but if their behavior continues, then that's kind of knowing where their limitations are at. All of this is happening from your place of willingness. If you don't do it, there may be consequences, but you're still choosing to do it. Adult relationships are filled with choices.
