How Long Should I Rest Between Sets?

During your working sets and the rest periods between sets, how long do you recommend resting? Usually for me it's round from six minutes for lighter sets to up to ten, 12 minutes for heavy sets. I find thatik between singles, i don't have to rest as much because they're not as acting as like as more rap sets. Because a single, even if it's a heavy one, doesn't really use much glagen. Find what works for you.
