The Trust Level Thing

I think this is more a trust level thing. I'm very fortunate, since i'm in one school, so i'm lucky that i can on my head abut this today. Like we're lucky about how much canf altonomy we've got around the staff that we have with us. It's different thes trust prioritieshe school priorities this, you know. And different trusts operate differently. Now, i can't speak many experiences. I've never worked in trusts, but, like, i know that must be a changing thing, channon,. You in terms of having the different schools to work with and different heads. That's not easy at all.
