When there is an easy model for some of those businesses to get started when they do eventually talk to sales it's a lot easier to close them. Yeah and to a certain degree I think these flows existed like after I left if someone wasn't moving their way enough through the funnel we passed them on as leads to sales for them but that's another drop out of the bucket right so where else can you recapture these prospective customers who are interested in your product and get them in. Definitely now if you were to like I mean everything you know now time machine you go back what is like the one or two things you might do differently.
