The hydrostatic pressure and cylindricals just makes it unsuitable for lagering. 12 weeks of lagering is a long time. In case of Budwehr, you can recognize especially the smoothness. And if you test the 30 days Budwehr from the sewer, the smoothness is not sufficient. This taste profile of the beer is very strict. There is no chance to mask anything. You can't mask it by pale mold. You can’t mask it by the fine armassar. It's impossible.
