The History of the Magyar Empire

Otto the Great was crowned Holy Roman Emperor in 955. He led a German coalition to victory against the Magyars at Lech Feld. The Kingdom of Germany and all its satellite nations would be recognised as the Holy Roman Empire. It was Otto's father, Henry the Fowler, who put out the groundwork for one monarch.
