The book suggests tracking everything you do for a couple of days and grading each action is good, bad or neutral. But it seemed that everything i was doing was bad in the james clear universe. And before you know it, i was starting to worry about my calory and take and my mate. So i am glad that you are taking care of your mental health. You can like, not even live by the book, as far as i'm concerned. If it like, is too much. That would be the lesson we learned from the book. O yes.
