The Importance of Eating the Right Way
i'm amazed at how little definitive knowledge there seems to be you know here well into the 21st century about about the kinds of foods that lead to health. There does seem to be pretty broad consensus about some some general rules like eating whole unprocessed foods yeah reduce or minimize refined sugar and aside from those maybe a couple other guidelines there's very little agreement. i think the one of the issues with diets collectively is that it creates a certain all or nothing binary mindset so either you're on the diet you know we put up going on a diet but if you go on a diet the will be a stage where you come off the diet so diets then almost by definition have a beginning
