How to Improve Your Sleep Graph
We both had it while we were traveling to UXLX. It's just how little you move and produces nice little sleep graphs. Exactly. Basically the same output from the different devices, actually. And my wife, when she was using hers at first, she ended up getting into habit of when she woke up during the night, she would shake her arm. Shake her arm so that the up knew she was awake. So you register her own awake. You're basically telling in the yard. That's how you talk to your arm band. You shake it. Yeah.
