Strength Training - Is 225 Really a Good Weight?

I don't really squat over 225 much like at all just, I guess some weird things, but that's funny. Once your max or potential max gets way up there in the fours and fives, 60% sucks. There's something to it now again, slower controlled slight pause at the bottom. It takes a lot more to get there than it does to maintain it.
