How to Cultivate Self Care
Self care doesn't need to be cooking a huge, great new meal or going on an hour long hike. Self care is already in all of the missed opportunity moments throughout our day in our normal daily routine. We can cultivate the self care and adulthood by going to bed a bit earlier than usual,. meditating for five minutes or longer, moving our body for 5 minutes or longer - even a simple stretch as soon as you rise in the morning. This is a great first baby step for movement, journaling or writing your reflections and thoughts; spending time in nature and connecting with nature.
