There's been so much written on this and a lot of it has been similar, which we'll talk about in a few minutes. But can you just give an overview of your behavioral scientists? And I'm curious how you describe what is behavioral science. Then in your book, you'll also talk about behavioral economics. Most of what I've read about habit change falls under that category. It doesn't seem like it should be rocket science, but we get it wrong consistently in the way that we try to make changes.
