The Keys to a Strong Partnership Between Finance and Other Teams in the Company

We're very interested in learning how finance leaders see that partnership between the finance team and other teams in the company. How do you manage that partnership? What are the keys to a strong partnership between finance and in the more business teams, let's say, sales and marketing? This is perhaps where it's easier when when you work in a small, fast growing company, because and how i get to know that the leaders the team is that. So think being able to carve out time so that you can speak to to other members teams and the leaders of those teams, that that's really important.
