Intermittent Collaboration

i hope the open office maybe has been killed off by the pendemic. But e, it really was the worst of all worlds in the sense that it doesn't allow for protected, private, deep work. It also was not very good at facilitating true collaboration and encounters between people. i've been wondering whether the home office divide could support that. And then maybe the work place could be re invented to be a place where a collaborative activities are elevated and end promoted.
