Colonoscopy for a Leuargy I Bleed?

With a leuargy i bleed, we tend to see them and older patients who could potentially have additional cold morbidities. We certainly want to make sure that the patient could tolerate doing a colonoscope a,. being put under anaesthesia and having the procedure done. Many patients whith die, particularly they've hada issues with diparticular bleed in the past as well; so another colonoscope is unlikely to be beneficial.
