Marketers are often so busy and inundated thatn like so resistant to going off and doing more of this work. A lot of the work that i was doing in this m focus on understanding the job just wasn't happening for marketers. So with that in mind, i defined what was the job we were trying to get down at customer camp. And ultimately, what it was as we helped marketers to understand what triggers people to buy, so they can mark it smarter.
