When I was diagnosed with MS I did a special diet back it was before walls protocol but um you know if it wasn't on my diet I didn't eat it and I was really really strict and I made a huge difference. Now what I do is I've been in remission for over probably 10 years now I haven't had an attack and I'm doing things that I never could so I and I really put that down to nutrition and to thoughts and to exercise and movement. There's no way I can say these exact same things as I did and then you'll have the exact same result but I think every single moment we have a choice and making those choices that will make those
