Leadership Is Critical in a Flexible Work Culture

In a flexible, hybrid work structure, leadership becomes even more critical. Leaders need to know that your direct reports need your time. It is much harder to get your time and attention when you're not in proximity. And so if your team knows that you're busy and they know that it's hard to getting your time, they're only going to ask when they are desperate and need it bienlarge. Wrihte that that we really protect that one on one time that we get with one another,. Whether it be in person, whether it be a anzom, remote, in whatever capacity,  we are leading well through our one on one times.
