Joe: We've covered pretty much all the physiology, which is my main concern. I just had some examples from the endurance side of things that I thought were interesting. The only thing I did want to hit on was this was a kind of a cool thing that happened that re-sparked this conversation a little bit with Chris and myself. It was just adding more to the body of evidence that ketogenic diets are not a good thing way to approach gaining muscle mass.
