You Burst, You Have the Moment

I think we're in a really interesting time. People are so connected to negative stories and, you know, terrible things that have not only happening now, but have been happening for forever. But what I'm finding is this sort of, it's like,. it's like I want to shut it all off. It's important to be involved in all of the issues that are going on in the world. And at the same time, it's so overwhelming that you just want to turn it off and not listen to it. That balance between giving it full rain and holding it compassionately becomes the work.
