Valtec's Multiple Structure

We were about 20% a year. We'd had some retrenchment. So we'd gone through some tough years. I would want to do 2000 over again, because that was a rough year. And so exiting to the right company where they were able to thrive and build their careers was very important to us. Valtec was exactly the right fit for that case.
