The beauty of teams at that size is that we have the freedom to really pick and choose like who are the 20 people we want on this team. Once you get above 50 100 employees there's things that change, you know, once you get above 250 employee headcount level. So Daniel and I've been constructing this funnel of how can we templatize? Exactly what we're doing creating a scorecard the different interview steps the response emails so that we could then duplicate this across any new role we want to bring on if we wanted to scale faster.
