Aristotle's Syllogisms

Aristotle was concerned particularly with arguments, which we call syllogisms. And a categorical proposition is one that concerns a subject and redicate. So for example, all cows eat grass. Now what aristotle did was look at arguments that connect two of those kinds of propositions with a third one.
