Andy Petranek is a remarkable man. He is a United States Marine, the oldest CrossFit games qualifier, and a performance coach. He founded Crossfit LA in 2004, where I met him. He became one of the more positive influences on me at the time and since. Two weeks ago, after celebrating 20 years of sobriety, he sent me an incredibly touching message, which is why we decided to do this podcast.
