I found this in the last couple weeks of cooking based on your book, going out and discovering these rainbow colored carrots and frilly purple lettuces. And then you start to associate that slightly more bitter taste with something positive. So I think we just got to change our views about what what good food is or move away from this idea that everything's got to taste like breast milk and be, you know, sickly sweet.
