i think it is healthier to end a friendship that you feel like isn't healthy than staying in it and faking it. The sooner we get toxic relationships out of our lives, the freer we'll feel to be our best self. How often do we say yes in our lives when we don't really want to? i found that a very small no can equate to a very large yes. And sometimes that small no, that can feel kind of hard at the time, but it's really not that big of a deal,. I truly love that.
