Using RNA Sequencing to Measure Antigens
We want to measure or are the things on the cell surface that they mean to sort of can recognize. The first thing you have to measure is the entire genome, what's on and what's on. And so we use these tools like RNA sequencing to measure the entire genome of what's expressed in different cells.
